In my work as an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator I experience a lot of large group events and I have had the good fortune to have participated in sessions that have been orchestrated by the able direction of Zilla Dias of DBS Events . She has the rare combination of tenacity for clients and polite determination in representing their needs with meeting space providers. At a recent event, I was particularly impressed with her observation that the site chosen by the client was not providing the value promised and she proactively secured a superior value offering in short order, putting her National Sales Director client in a very favorable light with his team and his organization.
